दर वर्षी भारताचे माजी राष्ट्रपती डॉ. ए. पी. जे. अब्दुल कलाम यांचा वाढदिवस (१५ ऑक्टोबर 2017) हा वाचन प्रेरणा दिवस म्हणून साजरा केला जातो. याही वर्षी हा दिवस ‘मितू स्किलॉलॉजीस’ तर्फे पुस्तक वाटप करून साजरा करण्यात आला. सदर उपक्रमाअंतर्गत चिंचवड येथील वाल्हेकरवाडी परिसरातील ‘प्रेरणा माध्यमिक विद्यालयात’ कंपनीतर्फे विविध प्रेरणादायी, चरित्रपर, माहितीपर मराठी पुस्तकांचे वाटप करण्यात आले.
