Rashmi a bachelor’s degree holder of Mechanical Engineering from P.D.V.V.P’s College of Engineering, Ahmednagar under University of Pune. She is from Shiroli (Bk.), Taluka Junnar of Pune district. She has completed her Higher Secondary Certificate from Shiv Chhatrapati College, Junnar in 2006 and pursued her B.E. in year 2010.
Rashmi worked as Quality Engineer in organizations like Crompton Greeves, Ahmednagar and DAS Offshore Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Navi Mumbai for four years. She started MITU Skillologies in winter of 2014 at Nashik. Her prime mission was to develop the community in open source software development by training students with advanced open source technology, artificial intelligence, data science with practical and creative teaching. The head-office of company is now shifted to Pune. From last several years, Rashmi is managing director of MITU Skillologies, MITU Research and conducted several training programs on open source technologies.
She is also working as chief editor of Prakrut Prakashan, Pune, a leading publication company primarily publishes Marathi literature books.
